Illumine, Inc. supports middle and high school students from under-resourced communities as they discover who they are, build leadership skills, and grow in economic and civic understanding. Through identity formation, systems exploration, and a global capstone experience, Illumine Scholars are equipped to become effective, ethical leaders—locally and globally.

Identity & Strengths
Scholars explore personal identity- and leadership through CliftonStrengths-based exercises, reflection, and mentorship.
Economics & Community Systems
Scholars study education, healthcare, financial, legal and civic systems and compare their local community to a selected global community through guided discussion and essays.
Global Capstone Journey
Each year, a selected small group travels with adult team leaders for a 7–10 day educational journey that brings the learning to be and expands cultural perspective.
